Cheese Corn balls

Cheese Corn balls are delicious to taste. To enjoy it more, serve it with garlic dip.
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
For Cheese Corn balls:
2 cups mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
1 cup sweet corn (boiled)
2 tbsp cream style sweet corn (below is the homemade recipe for creamstyle sweet corn)
2 green chillies
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ginger (cut into small pieces)
Salt to taste

For garlic dip:
2 cups yogurt (dahi)
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

For homemade cream style sweet corn,here is the recipe:
1. Heat the pan and put 1 tbsp of butter.
2. Stir continuously and add 1 tbsp of maida (refined flour).
3. Don't forget to stir continuously until the maida is cooked.
4. Then add 1 cup of milk very gradually and whisk at a fast speed to avoid lumps.
5. On medium flame, stir the mixture until it becomes thick like white sauce.
6. Then add 2 tbsp of boiled corns and black pepper.
7. Stir for a while and it is ready.

Method:
For Cheese Corn balls:
1. Grate the mozzarella cheese.
2. Add the sweet corns and cream style sweet corn to the cheese and mix well.
3. Then add green chillies, black pepper, baking powder and chopped ginger. Mix well.
4. Add maida and mix to make a dough like mixture.
5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6. Make balls from the mixture of desired shape and size.
7. Deep fry the balls on medium flame.

For Garlic Dip:
1. Mix all the four ingredients and blend them.
2. Refrigerate for few hours or until required.
