Besan ke Laddoo

Besan ke laddoo is delicious Indian dessert.
Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup besan
3/4 cup white powdered sugar
4 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder (optional)

Optional:
2 tbsp Chopped almonds

Method:
1. In a deep bottom pam (kadhai), heat ghee.
2. Add besan to it.
3. Continuously stir it until the laddoo like smell starts coming.
4. Allow it to cool for sometime.
5. Then add sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
6. If it becomes too powdery, you can more melted ghee to it.
7. Form laddoos of the mixture and garnish with chopped almonds.
